Return Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Conditions for Returns:
- The candles must not have been used.
- The packaging must be unopened and in perfect condition.
- A return is only possible if the return form, which we will send you via email after your request, is fully completed and included with the return shipment.

- We will review your request and send you a return form along with the return address.
- Items sent back without a prior return request will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt.
- Contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item.
- We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible and provide a solution.
Exceptions to Returns
Some items are non-returnable:
- Opened or used candles (for hygiene and safety reasons).
- Sale items or gift cards.

Right of Withdrawal (EU)
For orders within the European Union, a 14-day right of withdrawal applies:
- You may withdraw your order within 14 days without providing a reason.
- The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

- We will send you a return form and the return address.
- Return shipping costs: These are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the refund status.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 30 business days via the original payment method.
- Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.

Additional Notes
- Returns without the completed return form cannot be processed.
- Processing refunds may take up to 30 days after receiving the returned item.
