1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions (T&C) apply to all orders placed by consumers and businesses through the website lesgs.com.
The T&C in effect at the time of the order apply. Deviating conditions of the purchaser will not be recognized unless we explicitly agree to them in writing.

2. Contractual Partner, Conclusion of Contract

The purchase contract is concluded with LesGs, Owner: Ibrahim Aydiner, Freiatzenbacher Straße 13, Zell im Wiesental, 79669, DE.

  1. Ordering Process:
    • The presentation of products in the online shop is not a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order.
    • By clicking the “Buy Now” button, you submit a binding order for the items in your shopping cart.
  2. Order Confirmation:
    • After placing your order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. This does not constitute acceptance of the purchase contract.
    • The purchase contract is only concluded when we accept your order through a separate order confirmation email or by shipping the goods.
3. Prices and Payment Terms
  1. All prices on the website include the applicable VAT.
  2. Shipping costs are shown separately during the ordering process.
  3. We accept the following payment methods:
    • Credit card
    • PayPal
    • Bank transfer (prepayment)
    • Other payment methods specified on the website.
  4. Payment is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract.
4. Delivery and Shipping
  1. We deliver exclusively to addresses within the European Union.
  2. Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days unless a different delivery time is indicated on the product page.
  3. If not all ordered products are in stock, we are entitled to make partial deliveries, provided this is reasonable for you. No additional shipping costs will apply.
  4. SIf a product is unavailable, we will inform you immediately and refund any payments already made.
5. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal as detailed in our Return Policy and Right of Withdrawal notice.
Returns are only possible under the conditions stated therein.

7. Warranty and Liability
  1. Warranty:
    • Statutory warranty rights apply.
    • If you discover a defect in the delivered goods, please contact us immediately at lesgsshop@gmail.com.
  2. Liability:
    • We are fully liable for claims arising from damages caused by us, our legal representatives, or vicarious agents in the following cases:
      • Injury to life, body, or health,
      • Intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty,
      • Guarantee promises, if agreed, or
      • Where the scope of the Product Liability Act applies.
    • For breaches of essential contractual obligations whose fulfillment enables the proper execution of the contract and on which the contracting party regularly relies (cardinal obligations), liability for slight negligence is limited to foreseeable, typical contractual damages.

Your personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on the website under the “Privacy Policy” section.

9. Copyright

The content on our website, including texts, images, and graphics, is protected by copyright. Any use without our express consent is prohibited.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
  1. The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply, excluding the UN Sales Convention.
  2. If you are a consumer residing in another EU country, the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country remain unaffected.
  3. We are neither obligated nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
