We currently ship our handmade candles exclusively within the European Union. Shipping is carried out via DHL. All orders are carefully packaged to ensure that the items arrive in perfect condition.
2. Delivery Times
- Within Germany: Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days
- To other European countries: Delivery usually takes 5–10 business days.
- For custom or personalized orders, delivery times may vary. In such cases, you will be informed during the ordering process.
- We ship from Monday to Friday. No shipments are made on weekends or public holidays.
3. Shipping Costs

4. Shipping Partner
We partner with shipping services like DHL. After your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email, allowing you to monitor the status of your delivery.
5. Delivery to Packstations
Delivery to Packstations within Germany is possible. Please ensure that all necessary information (e.g., Postnummer and Packstation address) is provided during the checkout process.
6. Delays
In rare cases, delays may occur due to external circumstances such as weather conditions, strikes, or public holidays. We will do our best to inform you promptly in such situations.
7. Transport Damage
If your items arrive damaged:
- Report the damage within 48 hours of receiving the goods to lesgsshop@gmail.com.
- Please provide photos of the damaged packaging and the item.
- We will contact the shipping provider and arrange for a replacement or refund.
8. Returns Under the Right of Withdrawal
If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, please refer to our return policy and contact us at lesgsshop@gmail.com to request a return form. Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the issue was our fault (e.g., wrong or defective item).
